DiamondGrid Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms apply to the DiamondGrid app for Android (package com.appburst.diamondgrid), published by AppBurst ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. Using the app

DiamondGrid is free to use. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on Android devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

2. Independent trivia app

DiamondGrid is an independent baseball trivia game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Major League Baseball, any team, any players’ association or any player. Team and player names are used only to identify them for the purpose of the quiz. The app does not use official logos or uniforms.

3. Accuracy of baseball data

The quiz relies on historical records that may contain gaps or errors, especially for older seasons. A franchise includes its earlier names and cities. An answer the app rejects may still be correct in real life, and the other way round. If you spot a mistake, let us know.

4. Your data

The app keeps its data on your device only. We cannot restore it if you clear the app’s storage, uninstall the app or change devices. See the DiamondGrid Privacy Policy for details.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the app at any time. Updates are delivered through Google Play.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top.
