This policy covers the Pinfall app for Android and its browser version, published by AppBurst ("we", "us"). The short version: Pinfall has no accounts and no game server, and your progress stays on your device. The Android app shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google may process data from your device to deliver them. The browser version has no ads.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect, receive or store any personal information through Pinfall. The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts or location. All puzzles, including the daily puzzle, are created on your device, and the game works without an internet connection.

3. Information stored on your device

To work, Pinfall saves the following in its own storage on your device:

• Your progress: unlocked levels, stars, best move counts and coins
• The balls you own and the one you selected
• Your daily-puzzle results and streak
• Your settings (sound, music, vibration, reduced motion and language)

This information is not sent to us. If you have turned on Android's backup to your Google account, Android may include it in that backup so it can come back on a new phone; we have no access to those backups. You can delete everything with Settings → Reset progress, by clearing the app's storage in your Android settings, or by uninstalling the app (in the browser version: by clearing this site's data).

4. Advertising (Android app)

The Android app shows a full-screen ad at most every few cleared levels and offers optional reward videos, for example for a free hint. The ads are delivered by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). To deliver, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may process your device's advertising ID, your IP address and an approximate location derived from it, device and app information (such as model, Android version and language), and how you interact with ads.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. If you do not consent, you see only non-personalised or limited ads. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Ad choices, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. Ads are limited to content rated for general audiences with parental guidance. 5. Permissions

The app uses network access only to load ads and to open links (such as this policy) in your browser. The Google ads SDK declares access to the advertising ID. Vibration is used for haptic feedback and can be turned off in the app's settings. Pinfall does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location or notifications.

6. Other third-party services

The app is distributed through Google Play, which may collect information about installs and crashes under the Google Privacy Policy; we only see aggregated statistics. Pinfall contains no analytics or tracking software of our own. The browser version and this website are delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks; see this website's privacy policy.

7. Children

Pinfall is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not ask for your age and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and export your personal data and to object to its processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Because we hold no personal data from Pinfall, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete; you control your game data on your own device, and for ad data you can contact Google. If you contact us by email we use your address only to reply, and you can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority; ours is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz.hessen.de).

9. Changes to this policy

If Pinfall changes in a way that affects this policy (for example, if a future version adds purchases or analytics), we will update this page and the date at the top before the change reaches you.
