These terms apply to the Pinfall app for Android and its browser version, published by AppBurst ("we", "us"). By installing or using Pinfall you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using Pinfall

Pinfall is free to use. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

2. Coins and balls

Coins are earned by playing and can only be spent on balls and hints inside the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and there are no purchases in the app.

3. Ads

The Android app is funded by ads from Google AdMob. Optional reward videos give you a hint or coins when a video was watched to the end; if no video is available, no reward is given. See the Pinfall Privacy Policy for how ads use data.

4. Your data

Your progress, coins, balls and settings stay on your device. We cannot restore them if you reset progress, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering Pinfall at any time. App updates are delivered through Google Play.

6. No warranty

Pinfall is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Pinfall. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top.
