RosterGrid Terms of Use

These terms apply to the RosterGrid app for Android (package com.appburst.rostergrid), published by AppBurst ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. Using the app

RosterGrid is free to use. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on Android devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

2. Independent trivia app

RosterGrid is an independent football trivia game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league, competition, governing body or player. Club, competition and player names are used only to identify them for the purpose of the quiz. The app does not use official crests or logos.

3. Accuracy of football data

The quiz relies on an open dataset that may contain gaps or errors, especially for older seasons. An answer the app rejects may still be correct in real life, and the other way round. If you spot a mistake, let us know.

4. Your data

The app keeps its data on your device only. We cannot restore it if you clear the app’s storage, uninstall the app or change devices. See the RosterGrid Privacy Policy for details.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the app at any time. Updates are delivered through Google Play.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top.
