These terms apply to the Wordkin app for Android, published by AppBurst ("we", "us"). By installing or using Wordkin you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using Wordkin

Wordkin is free to use. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Wordkin on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

2. Your data

Your progress, settings and statistics stay on your device. We cannot restore them if you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. See the Wordkin Privacy Policy for details.

3. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering Wordkin at any time. App updates are delivered through Google Play.

4. No warranty

Wordkin is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Wordkin. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top.
